50% of total charges to be sent with application form to secure booking. Remaining 50% charges to be sent at least one month before the exhibition. All payment to be made by cheque or bankers draft payable to ITE India Pvt Ltd, I-83, Lajpat Nagar -

conclusive evidence of the applicant’s agreement to pay full fees due. In case booking cancellation or failure in payment obligation detailed above (relative to amount or dates of payment) then the organizer reserves the right to apply the following cancellation charges and relocate the space booked more than 1 month prior to the show - 50% of total contract price,
less than 1 month prior to the show - 100% of total contract price. The organizer may resell or relocate the cancelled stall after the payment of cancellation charges and the organizers shall be under no obligation to reimburse all or any part of the
In case of Pandemic and restrictions imposed in hosting the show, the organizer will reimburse the payment amount received if the organizer is unable to organize the show.
The Exhibition is a promotional exercise & the organizer in no manner guarantees any form of sales and / or visitorship.
We hereby confirm our participation at the above show and reconfirm our acceptance of the Rules & Regulation printed overleaf which form part of the contract.
